Droid X2 Now Available

The beastliest of the Droids just got a sibling. The Droid X2 gets an extra 1GHz core to compete with the other recent dual core beasts. The screen also gets an upgrade to qHD (960x540) from WVGA (800x480) but stays at a generous 4.3 inches. The same 8MPX camera hump also remains. The general design seems to be more or less the same, however, leading us to gravitate towards saying the Droid X2 seems to be more of a refresh than a true sequel. Another strange oversight seems to be the lack of LTE. Take the "X2" moniker as two cores (Like the G2X), not as a sequel to the Droid X. Nonetheless, the Motorola tainted Froyo packing X2 is available from Verizon for $200, same as before.
